This is a complete top end rebuild gasket kit – including seals and O-rings – for 1992 through 1999 model year 1340cc Evo Big Twin engines (not for Twin Cam). It contains all the parts shown in the photo.

The cylinder Head Gaskets in this kit are MLS – Multi-Layer Steel, 0.040″ (1.0 mm) thickness. (We also have 0.030″ thickness gaskets available.)

Cylinder Base Gaskets are excellent quality fibre. If you require a different material, please let us know.

The rocker cover gasket washers are Foamet – rubber on both sides of a steel core – and this kit also has a new set of all copper washers to go under them.

The rocker base gaskets are 1-piece style Foamet (rubber on both sides of a steel core).

Features:

• Head gaskets are MLS, 0.040″ thickness.
• Cylinder base gaskets are fibre.
• Right/left rockerbox to head gaskets are Foamet (layer of rubber on both sides of a steel core).
• Note:If you prefer SLS (Single Layer Steel) rocker base gaskets instead, we will substitute them at the same kit price.
• Exhaust gaskets are compressed knit wire mesh that has been graphite filled, tapered style.
• Note: If you prefer the flat “race style” (not tapered) exhaust gaskets, we will substitute them at the same kit price.
• The valve guide seals are the new high-temperature Viton style with a spring-loaded lip.
• Besides the rocker cover gasket washers, a set of new copper washers is included.Applications:
