This is a complete top end rebuild gasket, seal and O-ring kit for the 1991 through 2003 model year 1200cc Sportster engine.  

Head Gaskets are premium Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) 0.040″ thickness. (If you prefer thinner 0.030″ thickness, please see another of our listings or ask us – the kit price is the same.)

Note: We have other kits with Carbon/Graphite head gaskets instead, which will also provide an excellent seal and cost somewhat less than these.

Rocker Base Gaskets are 1-piece style rubber-coated SLS – Single Layer Steel.

  Head gaskets are 0.040″ thickness MLS (Multi-Layer Steel).

  The 8 small rocker cover washers are fiber or better.

  Upper, lower and inner rocker gaskets are rubber.

  Rocker box to head gaskets are 1-piece rubber-coated SLS – Single Layer Steel.

  Exhaust gaskets are compressed knit wire mesh, tapered style.
