This is a complete top end rebuild gasket, seal and O-ring kit for the 1991 through 2003 model year 1200cc Sportster engine.  

Head Gaskets are graphite/carbon on a steel core with a steel Fire Ring. These gaskets are given a full coat of silicone for sure sealing and so the graphite will not chip, then double silicone beaded on one side for a good strong seal.

Rocker Base Gaskets pair are 1-piece style “SLS” (Single Layer Steel) which is an embossed steel gasket with a thin rubber coating on both sides. You can expect a fine seal, and with the rubber coating you should not feel the need for any sealant.

  The 8 small rocker cover washers are fiber or better.

  Upper, lower and inner rocker gaskets are rubber.

  Rocker box to head gaskets are rubber-coated 1-piece SLS (Single Layer Steel).

  Exhaust gaskets are compressed knit wire mesh, tapered style.
