This motor rebuild gasket kit includes all the gaskets, seals and O-rings for that are shown in the photo. (The color of some gaskets may vary on occasion.)

Note: If you need the primary cover (chain cover) gasket and seals. We have another motor kit that includes – and we also a separate primary kit at a good price if you need one later.

The cylinder head gaskets in this kit are graphite/carbon with a steel fire ring. The gasket graphite is silicone-coated and then a double silicone bead is applied to one side.

The rocker base gaskets are Foamet – rubber on both sides of a steel core. If you prefer coated SLS (Single Layer Steel), just ask us to substitute them at the same kit price.

The rocker cover gasket washers are also Foamet, with rubber on both sides of each steel washer.

Features:

• Head gaskets are coated and silicone-beaded graphite on a steel core, and have a steel Fire Ring.
• Right/left rockerbox to head gaskets are 1-piece Foamet.
  Note: If you prefer SLS (Single Layer Steel) rocker base gaskets instead, we will substitute them at the same kit price. 
• Exhaust gaskets are compressed knit wire mesh that has been graphite filled, tapered style.
  Note: If you prefer the flat “race style” (not tapered) exhaust gasket, we will substitute it at the same kit price. 
• The valve guide seals are the new high-temperature Viton style with a spring-loaded lip.

• 1992-1999 1340cc Evo Big Twins
  This kit is for the 1340cc Evo models through 1999.
  It does NOT fit the Twin Cam models produced from later in 1999 on up.
