This is a complete motor rebuild gasket set.

We pack this kit very carefully so that all the parts arrive at your door safely and in perfect condition.

Features: 

  Head gaskets are graphite on a steel core with a Steel Fire Ring. The graphite/carbon is silicone coated and they have silicone beading on one side.

  Rocker base gaskets are 1-piece SLS (Single Layer Steel) with a thin rubber coating on both sides.

  Primary cover gasket is a nominal 0.031″ thickness, unbeaded.

  Cam cover gasket is foamet (rubber on both sides of a steel core) for an excellent seal every time.

  The four 5/16″ valve stem seals are the new easy to install style with spring-loaded Viton rubber.

  Exhaust gaskets are compressed knit wire mesh, tapered style.

Applications: 

  1991-2003 1200cc Sportster engine.

  If your engine has been converted from 883cc to 1200cc, this is the kit you need to have the correct head gaskets. All other parts are the same for both 883 and 1200.
