This is a complete top end rebuild gasket kit – including seals and O-rings – for 1992 through 1999 model year 1340cc Evo Big Twin engines. It contains all the parts shown in the photo.

The cylinder head gaskets in this kit are graphite/carbon with a steel fire ring. The gasket graphite is silicone-coated and then a double silicone bead is applied to one side.

The rocker base gaskets are rubber-coated SLS – Single Layer Steel.
Note: We also offer this kit with Foamet rocker base gaskets, and can substitute them if you prefer.

The rocker cover gasket washers are Foamet – rubber on both sides of a steel core – and this kit also has a new set of all copper washers to go under them.

Features:

• Head gaskets are coated and silicone-beaded graphite on a steel core, and have a steel Fire Ring.
• Right/left rockerbox to head gaskets are 1-piece rubber-coated and embossed SLS.
  Note:If you prefer rocker base gaskets of Foamet (rubber on both sides of a steel core), we can substitute them for you.
• Exhaust gaskets are compressed knit wire mesh that has been graphite filled, tapered style.
  Note: Like the flat “race style” (not tapered) exhaust gaskets? We will be glad to substitute them at the same kit price.
• The valve guide seals are the new high-temperature Viton style with a spring-loaded lip.
• Besides the rocker cover gasket washers, a set of new copper washers is included.
