This is a complete motor rebuild gasket set with 0.030″ thickness MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) head gaskets, and the major gaskets Foamet.

The Primary Cover Gasket (Chain Cover Gasket)and the Cam Cover Gasket are Foamet – rubber on both sides of a steel core. They give an unmatched seal without the use of any sealant, which is what rubber does best. The Rocker Base Gaskets are 1-piece style.

We pack this kit very carefully so that all the parts arrive at your door safely and in perfect condition.

Features: 

  Head gaskets are 0.030″ thickness Multi-Layer Steel (MLS).

  Primary Cover gasket and Cam Cover gasket are both foamet (rubber on both sides of a steel core) for an excellent seal every time

  Rocker Base gaskets are the 1-piece style.

  The four 5/16″ valve stem seals are the new easy-to-install style with spring-loaded Viton rubber.

  Exhaust gaskets are compressed knit wire mesh, tapered style.

  1991-2003 1200cc Sportster engine.

  If your engine has been converted from 883cc to 1200cc, this is the kit you need to have the correct head gaskets. All other parts are the same for both 883 and 1200.
