The primary cover gasket is Foamet – rubber on both sides of a steel core – as shown in the photo. It will come to you perfectly flat. We never fold, roll or otherwise allow any gasket to get damaged in shipping.

If you prefer a Silicone Beaded primary gasket – we also have this same Shovel with a beaded primary cover gasket at a very low price!

  1966-1984 Softail  Shovelhead

  Should also fit some of the 1965 Panhead and the first of the 1984/85 Evo – only Softail.
