This is an excellent quality Foamet gasket. Note that this year 2000 version provides additional sealed compartments at the top. This version of the cam cover gasket must be used for 2000-up models in order to get proper oil flow.  However, it is backward compatible and will work just fine for 1991 through 1999 engines.

Foamet is rubber on both sides of a steel core, and you don’t need to apply any sealant to the gasket because the rubber does all the sealing. No sealant leaves the gasket clean – and re-usable!
