This is a complete motor rebuild gasket set with carbon/graphite-on-steel head gaskets that have a Fire Ring and are Silicone Beaded on one side.

Major gaskets are Foamet – rubber on both sides of a steel core. They need no sealant and will provide a superior seal.

The Foamet Gaskets include the Cam Cover Gasket and the Primary Cover (Chain Cover) Gasket. All are Foamet.

We pack this kit very carefully so that all the parts arrive at your door safely and in perfect condition.

Features: 

  Head gaskets are graphite on a steel core with a Steel Fire Ring. The head gaskets are first silicone coated and then silicone beaded on one side.

  Primary cover gasket is Foamet  (rubber on both sides of a steel core) for an excellent seal every time.

  Rocker base gaskets are 1-piece style.

  Cam cover gasket is foamet.

  The four 5/16″ valve stem seals are the new easy-to-install style with spring-loaded Viton rubber.

  Exhaust gaskets are compressed knit wire mesh, tapered style.

Applications: 

  1991-2003 883cc Sportster engine.

  If your engine has been converted from 883cc to 1200cc, then you will need one of our 1200cc kits to get the correct 1200cc head gaskets. All other parts are the same for both 883 and 1200.
Note: If you are reading this after you have already bought this kit and need the 1200cc head gaskets, no problem. Just ask us to switch them before we ship your kit. But please ask quickly! We ship very fast!!!
