Quick-Start:
Shopping with us is as easy as 1-2-3-4-5!
- Select: Choose your items, and click Add to Cart and for next items click Continue Shopping
- Check: Review all your items and their quantities (add or delete). .
- Click Calculate Shipping: Enter your state, city or zip code
- Click Proceeded to Checkout: Enter your Billing (Shipping) address and choose your payment method.
- Confirm: Tap Place Order. You’ll receive an email confirmation instantly!
SHIPPING POLICY
- Combined Shipping: We know that automated systems don’t always get the shipping rate right. If you purchase multiple items, we will combine them into one package to save you money.
- Fair-Price Guarantee: If you overpay for postage at checkout, we will issue a same-day refund for the difference once your order is processed.
- Handling Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods: We primarily use USPS for reliable delivery of gaskets and small parts.
- Shipping via UPS instead of USPS? We ship by UPS but please CONTACT us before placing your order so we can adjust the shipping method for you.
International Shipment
If you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order:
- Contact our Customer Service team with your product list and shipping address.
- We’ll review your order and confirm:
- Whether we can fulfill your request
- Available carriers and delivery options
- Estimated shipping costs and lead times
- If approved, we’ll provide a custom shipping quote and arrange manual invoicing to ensure accurate payment and documentation.
